Think Tank Code of Conduct

To make Think Tank a high-growth, high-trust space for everyone, I ask that all members commit to the following three Golden Rules:

1. The "Vegas" Rule

What is shared in our sessions stays in our sessions. You are encouraged to share your own breakthroughs and lessons with the outside world, but the stories, names, and specific challenges of your fellow members are strictly off-limits (unless you specifically ask them for their permission).

2. Respect the Mic

We are here to learn from each other. This means practicing "active listening", avoiding interruptions, and keeping your contributions focused so that everyone has space to be heard.

3. Advice vs. Experience

We focus on sharing experiences rather than giving unsolicited advice. Instead of "You should do X", try "When I faced that, I found X helpful". This keeps the space supportive rather than judgmental.

A Note on Recordings:

I want you to be fully present! Each session will be recorded, so you can spend your time engaged in the conversation instead of taking notes. If you miss a session, don't worry, the recordings will be uploaded to our private community within 24 hours. By participating in Think Tank, you agree to keep these recordings private and not share them with anyone outside this cohort.

By joining Think Tank, you're agreeing to uphold these standards for yourself and your peers.

I can't wait to get started!
